Incorrect token appears when the robot cannot connect to our servers when the connection is not of good enough quality. As a result, the Keecker cannot be recognized by the application.
Remember, your smartphone must be connected to the same Wifi as your Keecker. Your phone's Bluetooth must also be activated.
